Brand Finder will stock all of your SKU's on a consignment
basis. BrandFinder will pay for the product after it is sold to the consumer.
BrandFinder will charge consumers a shipping and handling
charge in addition to the retail price you set for your product.
Monthly company Margin Revenue minimum is only $500
Total company monthly minimum margin revenue paid in advance
to BrandFinder is $500.
BrandFinder calculates margin revenue as the sum of "Retail
Trade Margin” and "Handling Margin”. These revenue margins will vary by
company and by SKU depending on marketing objectives and marketing subsidies
BrandFinder Revenue Definitions
- Retail
Trade Margin is the difference in the wholesale case price, what BrandFinder
“pays” the CPG company for the product and retail consumer price- the
price BrandFinder charges the consumer. In most instances this is same retail
margin a regular retailer makes selling the product off the shelf.
- Handling
Margin is the difference in BrandFinder hard costs (direct labor, pass
through shipping charges, allocated administrative overhead) and the
Shipping and Handling cost charged to the consumer.
Settlement each month
At the end of each month BrandFinder will send each company
a complete report.

If there is a credit balance and BrandFinder owes the CPG for
wholesale cases purchased, this amount is applied to the next month’s minimum.
