    Ship a maximum of 25 SKUs (5 cases per SKU) to our facility

    Set up BrandFinder as a "no charge" customer account

    "no charge is the way consumer affairs department currently gets product or sales man samples

    Refer all consumers "where to buy" - can't find requests to the BrandFinder web site

Thousands of consumers with no incentive sent in the name and address of their local store. The Lipton sales force even armed with the names of local consumers who wanted to buy Lemon Tree were only able to convert a very few number of stores. Very few retailers were convinced to carry Low Calorie Lemon Tree. Their response; we currently carry Crystal Light low calorie lemonade and we risk the loss of very few customers by not carrying Lemon Tree. They were correct, there are few brands that will cause consumers to change stores.
